Living for Gameday...with Style

Do you live for Gameday? Quite literally, I do. Football is the breadwinner in our family and my sweet husband's career has us immersed in it. I'm an interior designer and fashion lover. I love entertaining. Because of our lifestyle, I do lots of it. I love to cook a lot of good food...the foodie kind and the gooey crowd pleasing kind. Lots of folks fill my home...my own three boys (two sons and a husband) plus lots of friends, family and football players. It's a fun life and I try to live it with some organization and style. Go Team!

On Thanksgiving night, the chef covers the carved turkey carcass with water, and as the family party winds down, the roasted bones simmer away, forming a rich stock. The next morning, he adds aromatics and andouille, and stirs in a nice dark roux. “I like mine as dark as I can get it without burning it,” he
